It may get delayed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions or governmental regulatory activities. Orders will be booked for at least a third business day delivery. While placing the order the customer shall provide the following details 1) Name of the recipient 2) Flat number/bungalow number 3) Name of the building 4) Name of the road/street/marg 5) Contact number landline/mobile 6) Proper/familiar landmark 7) Email address. If Delivery unsuccessful Giribala Creative Ventures Private Limited will attempt to deliver one time. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer shall be charged for redelivery in the following cases: Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer, non-availability of the recipient at the address and/or premises. Refusal to accept the product. Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself... Depending on the product availability, a few orders might take more than 10-12 days to ship. Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product in time. For the orders intended to be received before a specific event or a festival, where a specific delivery time frame is important, customers are advised to place the order at least 30 days before the expected delivery date. RETURN AND CANCELLATION you can cancel an order after placing it. However, this is only possible if your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. So, if you do change your mind, we request you to cancel the order at the earliest by calling our customer care at 9773128418 or drop us an email at info@justmywater.com The Customer shall ensure that it does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Products purchased by a Customer can be Returned/Replaced by Justmywater.com within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date by placing a “Return Order” or “Replacement Order” request at “info@justmywater.com” or by calling Justmywater.com’s Customer Care at 9773128418 if Customer finds that the Product delivered is damaged and/or defective and/or is different from the product that was ordered or is expired or does not meet the specification listed on the website. Returns or Replacement will be entertained only once for each order. However, the following conditions apply on all returns: Only unopened and unused items can be returned. While returning, make sure the item is in its original packaging with labels, tags, and saleable condition. Hence, please do not open the packaging if you decide to return the item. All returned items will be subjected to inspection by Justmywater.com before proceeding with replacements or refunds. In case of Return or Replacement of any Product, Justmywater.com will arrange to pick up of such Products. The Customer will assist in returning the Product completely in the same condition as it was received along with all accessories/booklets/freebies etc. There should be no signs of external damage on the packaging, including the original carton. At the time of pickup, the Customer will be provided with an acknowledgement of Return pick up by the Courier. The Customer should retain the said acknowledgement and quote or produce the same in all future communications with Justmywater.com, in this regard. Any replacement/exchange shall be processed only where the Product is available and in all other cases, the Customer will be provided with a refund along with shipping charges, if any paid by the Customer about such Product. Justmywater.com will make reasonable endeavour that any eligible refund/credit note is initiated within 15 days of receipt of returned products. The approved refund amount will be credited to the Customer’s bank account/refunded into a credit card or debit card account within such time as taken by banking channels to process such refund. In case of any defect arising after delivery of the Product or after demo/installation of the Product as the case may be, such defects will be serviced by the respective manufacturer/brand by the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms. In case any free item is found defective then Justmywater.com shall arrange for the replacement of the free item only and the main Product shall not be replaced. If any gift is not available with Justmywater.com for an exchange, the Product will be taken back along with the gift and the eligible refund will be processed. Order once placed on Justmywater.com can be requested for cancellation if the order is not dispatched for delivery by placing a “Cancel Order” request on “info@justmywater.com” or by calling Customer Care on 9773128418 Justmywater.com reserves the right to reject the cancellation request and in its sole discretion may decide appropriately after taking into consideration the product category, whether purchased by Justmywater.com specifically against the Order, whether products are proprietary, whether customized on special request of the customer, whether the significant cost is incurred by Justmywater.com to arrange delivery of Product etc. If a cancellation request is rejected by Justmywater.com after providing adequate reasons, the Customer will be obliged to accept delivery and make payment against the product(s). If the order is requested for cancellation after payment has been processed, and if cancellation is approved by Justmywater.com, the said amount will be refunded by the above-mentioned process. Justmywater.com is a retailer, selling products manufactured by other brands. We do not have control over the quality of the products. We request you to read the product description carefully for a proper understanding of the product. However, if you are not satisfied with the product quality, feel free to get in touch with the manufacturer directly. We strive hard to fulfil all the orders. However, we may have to cancel your order at times, and this will be done after informing you, of the conditions listed below: As we do not keep inventory of all the items listed on our site, your order fulfilment may depend on the availability of the item(s) in the market. If the item has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we will not be able to fulfil it. All items to be shipped must pass rigorous quality tests in our warehouse. If our dispatch team finds that a particular item is not fit to be shipped and the replacement is not available in the market, we may cancel your order. We will get back to you at the earliest and may ask you to share photos of the damaged/wrong item(s). Upon confirmation, we will get the item picked up from your address. If a return facility is not available at your location, we may ask you to courier the item to us. Once the product has been received and inspected by us, a replacement shall be dispatched to you in case of a confirmed fault. Please note that the damaged/wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. In case the product is not available with us, a refund shall be arranged at the earliest. 1. DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. We currently deliver only in selected cities in Gujarat. 2. We deliver the products based on the availability of the stock. 3. Each order may be delivered in more than one delivery slot. 4. Deliveries may be made from various Retailers, our Authorised distributors or Directly from our factory. 5. We make all efforts to deliver the products within the agreed time. 6. The customer needs to check and verify each product for its damages, expiry dates and quantity while receiving the order. 7. Justmywater.com shall not be responsible for non-availability, delay or any delivery warranties of Products due to various reasons like general holidays, climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, Government decisions, operational & technical issues, Epidemic or Pandemic or any other Act of God or condition beyond the control of justmywater.com constituting force majeure. 8. Empty jar pickup order is only eligible for the user who has ordered a 20-litre water can from the justmywater.com website and app and has paid a jar deposit online. 9. The customer should raise a complaint regarding delivery delay or service discrepancies by providing your registered mobile number or order ID. It is recommended to include a clear screenshot of the order ID from the "My Orders" tab in your account settings. 10. In case your building doesn't have a lift, the delivery will be done either to the security gate or to the Ground floor only. 11. The customer is eligible to raise any requests related to the discrepancy in delivery updates within three days of receiving communication on his/her registered mobile/email. Such requests can be raised on our toll-free number 9773128418 or info@justmywater.com. In the absence of any requests in the specified timeframe, the Company cannot proceed with order cancellation/refund/product delivery. 2. DELIVERY TAT 1. Our standard delivery time frame for all justmywater@Doorstep orders is the next working day following order confirmation. Any order placed before 5 p.m. will be delivered by 8 p.m. on the next working day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be delivered by 8 p.m. the day after. 2. Delivery TAT for Branded merchandise and Hand Purifiers is up to within 24 hours. 3. 20-litre empty jar pickup TAT is 10 working days from the date of pickup request placed on justmywater@doorstep. 4. To prevent any delays or cancellations, please ensure that you double-check the contact number provided for each order. Our delivery team will contact the customer using the provided contact number to confirm their availability. 5. In case the customer building doesn't have a lift, the delivery will be done either to the security gate or to the Ground floor only. 3. RETURN / REFUND POLICIES 1. Products may not be eligible for return in any case. However, the Company may replace the product after verification of the underlying concern. 2. Defective merchandise products will be replaced in the next 5-6 working days after placing a request with the customer care team via email or call. For highlighting any defects, please send us an email within 3 days of the receipt of the damaged product along with product pictures on info@justmywater.com 3. In case of defective "Glass Water Bottle/s" please send us an email on the day of delivery, highlighting the number of damaged bottles along with product pictures on info@justmywater.com The refund amount for the damaged glass water bottle will be credited to the consumer’s accounts within 7 working days once the refund requested is accepted by justmywater.com 4. In case of any cancellations, refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed to the original mode of payment. 5. Free Jar pickup requests can only be placed post-completion of the subscription plan. 6. Any dispute will be investigated by our team for a maximum of six months after the purchase date or before the product expiry whichever is earlier. Any claim beyond the specified timeframe cannot be held against the Company. The Company, in rare cases, may be able to replace the product after determining the cause of concern, but it cannot issue a refund. 7. Customers who wish to share their experiences with the used product need to contact us within 1-2 days of opening the product. Upon registering such an experience, the customer is expected to retain more than 50% of the product. Our team will objectively review the case. If the information is found to be legitimate, we'll issue a replacement. Please note that the Company's decision will be final in such cases. justmywater.com reserves the right to make policy decisions in the above cases. No additional compensation/freebies will be provided under any circumstances in these cases. Liability for any order/product is limited to the value of the order/product. 4. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING OF ONE-TIME ORDER 1. Consumers can opt for cancellation within 2 hrs of placing the order. 2. The jar Security deposit will be refunded by the retailer/ distributor or the company, as the case may be at the time of collection only either in Cash or Digitally. 3. Customer has the flexibility to reschedule his Subscription consignment before 24 hours by logging into the justmywater.com account under “My Subscription”. Please refrain from using social media platforms for rescheduling your deliveries- 4. For any rescheduling, please inform us 24 hours before through our customer care no. 9773128418 or write us at info@justmywater.com. Please refrain from using social media platforms for rescheduling your deliveries- 5. Any delay or delivery-related complaints can be raised by contacting our customer care no. 9773128418 between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on that day. 5. CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING OF A SUBSCRIPTION & EMPTY JAR PICK-UP ORDER 1. If you wish to cancel the Subscription you may call our customer care no: on 9773128418 or write us at info@justmywater.com 2. We will process your refund of the undelivered quantity within 7 working days of the cancellation of the subscription. 3. Upon cancellation of the subscription, the discounts provided shall cease immediately and the same shall be deducted from the refund amount. 4. You will be required to enter the number of jars available at your end for a refund. 5. You can check your return jar order status under your justmywater.com account – “Empty jar pickup orders” on justmywater.com or the justmywater@Doorstep app. 6. The jar cannot be accepted under an empty jar pick-up order if it has been unused for 1 month for any reason or used with local water or another liquid. The pickup agent may not accept your return jar request/order if the empty jar is damaged or not in refillable condition according to justmywater.com standards. 7. Empty jars purchased from any retailer/distributor must be returned to the same seller for a refund. justmywater@doorstep (website and app) is not responsible for such returns.
